The 40A continuous load regulator is waterproof and has a BEC which provides 6V with 2A power and is therefore sufficient for all common applications in this scale. It is easy to switch between LiPo and NiMH operation via a jumper, no time-consuming programming is required. Reverse can also be easily deactivated if required, which can be particularly advantageous in racing mode.
Last but not least, the controller also has a number of safety systems to protect the electronics such as the LiPo battery and controller from damage due to overheating or undervoltage, for example.
